Tour Itinerary

Sailing on a lavishly appointed Dahabiya Nile cruise, the journey starts from Aswan for an entirely peaceful week along the Nile. The ship will be at anchor at night on the shores of the Nile in Aswan.

You will visit the top famous sites in Aswan, including the Aswan High Dam, which was finished in 1971, and the Old Dam, which finished in 1902. You'll also visit the Philae Temple, dedicated to Isis, which is an impressive structure saved during the building of the High Dam from the floodwaters of Lake Nasser. The ship will be away toward Kom Ombo at noon, and later, guests will stay overnight near Kom Ombo.

Today we will make a trip to Luxor to visit the wonder of the temple complex of Amon-Ra at Karnak, which boasts an impressive hypostyle hall with 137 columns. The tour will end with a visit to the fantastic Temple of Luxor, which dates back to the 28th Dynasty. These are some of the best Luxor attractions. We intend to sleep in Luxor.

The West Bank will consist of travel and visits to the famous burial grounds of the Pharaohs in the Valley of the Kings with the tomb of Tutankhamun discovered by Howard Carter in 1922. This will also include a visit to the Valley of the Queens, Medinet Habu temple, and the Colossi of Memnon. That night we will return to Luxor.
