8 Days Cairo, Hurghada with Nile Cruise

This morning after breakfast in the hotel, you will meet our English-speaking Egyptologist tour guide and go on your first day of exploring this ancient land on your Egypt tours. The itinerary includes visiting the Pyramids of Giza pyramids of Khufu, Khafre, and Menkaure, exemplifying the grandeur of ancient architecture. You will also view the limestone statue of the Sphinx, which guards the site. Afterward, enjoy lunch in a local restaurant.

Then the Egyptian Museum, where above 250,000 artifacts are displayed, some of which showcase the rarest collection of Egyptian art from over 5,000 years. It allows you to view the treasures of Tutankhamun, from jewelry to gold, sealed within his tomb over 3,500 years ago, which were unearthed in this 1920 excavation for his tomb.

At the end of the day tour, you return to your hotel in Cairo for one overnight stay.

Breakfast will be offered in-house. Followed closely will be the checking out from the hotel. A representative will meet you at the hotel for your transfer to Cairo airport for your flight to Aswan.

After landing, you will be received by your Egyptologist tour guide upon arrival at Aswan airport for a visit to the overwhelming destination, Aswan. As part of your things to do in Aswan, you will first visit The High Dam, constructed by President Gamal Abdel Nasser and the Egyptians in AD 1960 to save Egypt from the flooding Nile.

Later, you will enjoy a motorboat ride on the Nile River that will lead you to Agilika Island where you will visit the Temple of Philae. This temple, built during the Greco-Roman period, was dedicated to the god Isis, the mother of Horus.

Your tour will then take you to one of Aswan's most outstanding sites, The Unfinished Obelisk, carved from red granite and dedicated to the god Amun Ra.

Hereafter, you will be transferred to your cruise ship, for which you may enjoy lunch as you are sailing towards Kom Ombo city.

You will have the opportunity to tour the Temple of Kom Ombo, the place where the god Sobek and his half-brother Haroeris were venerated, after several hours of tasting lunch on board during the sailing of the cruise toward Kom Ombo. Back to your ship again, gazing at the beautiful landscapes along the banks of the Nile, where ancient Egyptian civilization once thrived. Dinner will be served on board as you continue your journey to the city of Edfu. Late evening, you will arrive in Edfu and remain there for the night.

Breakfast will be provided on the deck of your vessel, and later in the day, you will enjoy a chariot ride to visit the Temple of Horus in Edfu, which is well known to be among the best-preserved temples in Egypt. At the end of the tour of the temple, you will be returned to your ship for lunch followed by sailing to the city of Luxor.

In the afternoon, you would go for East Bank visits in Luxor that cover the amazing Karnak Temples Complex, the largest temple complex called the largest in the world at one hundred acres.

It will conclude the tour at the Temple of Luxor established by a king of the 12th dynasty but was finished by the illustrious Ramses II. Dinner will be served on board and will spend a night in Luxor City.

After breakfast, the Nile cruise will be followed by check-out.

Then, enjoy the charms of Thebes, the holy land, starting with a visit to the western bank of Luxor, which contains the Valley of the Kings. This was the royal burial ground for the Theban kings and rulers of ancient Egypt, where our Pharaohs were interred.

For the earlier part of the day, you will then reach the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut at Deir El Bahari, one of the best places to visit in Luxor. This temple has been considered one of the most outstanding ancient Egyptian architectural designs since it was all carved from the mountainside.

Then tour the Colossi of Memnon, which are affiliated with King Amenhotep III.

Private transfer by air-conditioned vehicle will move you to Hurghada after which you can check in your hotel in Hurghada, swim leisurely in the Red Sea, and on the wonderful beaches of the city of Hurghada. As per your wish, you can also explore some top famous sites of Hurghada. Dinner and overnight accommodation at your hotel in Hurghada.

Have a good breakfast at the hotel in Hurghada and enjoy some time relaxing, before transferring back to Cairo.
