8 Days Cairo, Luxor, Aswan, and Abu Simbel Tour

After having a great meal at the restaurant of the hotel, you will meet your private tour guide and start a visit to one of the most exciting places in the world the Pyramids of Giza (Cheops, Chephrens, Mykerinos) and The Great Sphinx. The ancient pharaohs will dazzle you with their amazing achievements and do not miss the chance to get seated on camels in the Giza pyramids area. You will also visit and explore related pyramids The Valley Temple of Khafra recreated using the latest technology.

After this, you will savor the delightful taste of a good local cuisine in a restaurant before proceeding to another interesting place called Memphis, which at one time was the capital city of ancient Egypt during the old kingdom. Here you will meet the statue of Ramses II and other interesting items like the Alabaster Sphinx of Memphis. You will proceed to the next stop Saqqara to see the Step Pyramid of Pharaoh Djoser, this unique structure containing many wonderful nobles tombs including the one facing the Teti Pyramid of the 6th dynasty and the Kagemni’s tomb where visitors can observe ancient Egyptian masterpiece paintings for instance images on the tomb walls.

After a busy schedule visiting Giza Pyramids, Memphis, and Saqqara. You will head back to the hotel for a calm overnight rest.

Begin the day with an appetizing breakfast served at the hotel.

Be welcomed in a private vehicle by one of our qualified English-speaking Egyptologist guides, who is an expert on the Egyptian Museum. This place has a lot of impressive buildings and historical artifacts.

So wait, after this informative morning, let’s have lunch in another local restaurant. 

Islamic Cairo greets you for more of the tour, where you will also visit the Saladin Citadel and the amazing Turkish-styled Mohamed Ali Mosque, which was completed in 1805 A.D. After that, you will travel to Old Cairo which contains Coptic quarter and attractions such as The Holy Virgin Mary Church (Hanging Church), Ben Ezra Church, and Saint Sergius Cave Church.

To conclude the day’s tours, you will make your way to Giza train station where you will take a train to Luxor. A warm dinner will be served and you will be tucked into your compartment for the night.

Have an enjoyable breakfast before reaching the Luxor train station, where our representative will be there waiting to assist you to the hotel.

In the afternoon, explore the West Bank of Luxor, stopping at attractions like the Colossi of Memnon and the Temple of Hatshepsut, and taking a trip to the Valley of the Kings where ancient Egyptian kings of the 17th up to 20th dynasty were buried in rock-cut tombs inside the mountain. Afterward, have a delicious meal at a nearby restaurant.

Then, continue with the Luxor East Bank tours and the visits to the impressive Temple of Karnak and the Temple of Luxor joined by an avenue of sphinxes.

Return to the hotel and stay overnight in Luxor.

After a lovely breakfast, we will proceed to Aswan and check into the hotel.

In the afternoon we will visit the High Dam with our experienced guide, as it is an important structure for the control of Nile floods, among other functions. We’ll see the Unfinished Obelisk as well as the Temple of Philae. A good lunch will be served at a local restaurant.

After our excursion, we will go for a leisure felucca ride along the river Nile to Elephantine Island. Thereafter, we will go back to our hotel for a good night’s rest in Aswan.

Begin your day with a sumptuous breakfast in the hotel. After, you may decide to go to Abu Simbel with our Osha representative in a private air-conditioned vehicle.

With the help of a guide, you will be taken to see the Temples of Ramses II at their most astonishing best in Abu Simbel.

Later return to Aswan and proceed to Aswan train station for your return connection to Cairo. Have dinner, and spend the rest of the night on the train in your assigned cabin.

Our Osha representative will meet you after you sign in for the breakfast. After arriving at the Giza train station in Cairo, proceed to the hotel. The rest of the day is at your disposition.

Those who wish to do so may take an optional tour of Islamic Cairo, the Old Fatimid part as well as the Khan El Khalili Bazaar. Bazaars are also a good source of items that make great presents for your family.

And return to the hotel in Cairo to spend the night.

Thereafter, after enjoying a good breakfast at the hotel, our Osha representative will meet you and take you to Cairo International Airport for your final departure flight.
