Tour Itinerary

Your tour guide and driver will pick you up from Alexandria port shore excursions by the cruise exit door to start a wonderful day tour of Alexandria in order to visit Pompay's Pillar. It was constructed in honor of the Emperor Diocletian at the end of the 4th century. Visit this monumental column, which is a remnant of the Serapeum, and enjoy views of the surrounding area. Then, you head to the Catacombs, one of the Seven Wonders of the Middle Ages, the biggest Roman cemetery, consisting of three levels cut in the rock. 
After lunch at a local restaurant overlooking the sea, we continue to see the Qaitbay Citadel, built on the site of the ancient pharaohs (lighthouse) of Alexandria,Enjoy stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea and the city.then to ancient Alexandrina library it was part of a greater institution called Mouseion dedicated to the Muses, like a facility of scholarship and learning.
 At the end, you'll be transferred to your cruise ship at Alexandria Port.
