The tomb’s chapel entrance features an architrave, drum, and door reveals inscribed for Debehen. These inscriptions highlight his roles and his close relationship with the royal court. The eastern jamb of the entrance to the second room and the southern wall of the second room also bear inscriptions for Debehen, emphasizing his titles and significance.
A number of fragmentary limestone slabs, likely originally from the northern wall of the second room, are inscribed with Debehen’s name and titles, indicating his position as a royal secretary and a favorite of his lord.
